If you are Celiac or have gluten sensitivity, finding food that you can trust can be a challenge. We opened Jensen’s Gluten Free Bread & Bakeries in June of 2010 with a mission to empower people by providing delicious gluten-free bread made in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

This means that you can trust the food is safe to eat and you don’t have to worry about cross contamination.

We are Dave Jensen & Debbie Reeves Jensen and this is our story. In 2007, Dave was diagnosed with Celiac disease and Debbie immediately eliminated all gluten from their home to support him.

As an avid home cook and baker from an early age, Debbie welcomed the challenge to learn the unique chemistry and properties of gluten-free grains, flours, and starches that were available on the market. Bread products that tasted good were the hardest to find and Debbie quickly focused her energy on developing a gluten-free hamburger bun, sandwich bread, and dinner rolls that would have a delicious flavor and the right texture. Dave soon joined her in the kitchen and began to learn about gluten-free baking methods.

Together we developed an amazing collection of recipes we loved to eat and serve our friends and family. Soon our family gatherings became 100% gluten-free and no one missed the gluten! That is when we knew we could take our passion for gluten-free baking and turn it into a business.
